The archaistic glazed tile made by glazed tile roll forming machine is of beautiful and elegant appearance, exquisite structure, meeting the refined taste of customers. Xinyu glazed tile roll forming machine is widely applied to garden factory, tourism spots, villa, museum, vacational village and so on. Xinyu glazed steel roll forming machine consists of three parts: roller bed for tile forming, pressing part and cutting part. The optional equipment includes sheet feeder, hydraulic feeder, automatic cutting machine and finished paned holder.


1. The glazed tile features for light weight, high rigidity, large loading, excellent shock resistance, widely applied to steel structure buildings.
2. The working principle of pressing part is that the mould is driven to move by hydraulic cylinder to press the colored steel to many sections which similar to glazed tiles. As for the cutting part, the cutter moves up and down driven by hydraulic cylinder to cut up the colored tiles.
