Heat retaining sandwich panel production line can process out the corrugating form panel one time. The retaining sandwich panel production equipment consists of decoiling equipment, forming machine, cutter, compound system (ribbing device, gelatinizing device, heating device, hemming device, slotting device, edge trimming device, pneumatic device, automatic device), the whole producing is controlled by computer. Xinyu heat retaining sandwich panel is suitable for processing colored steel sheet, aluminum sheet and stainless steel panel and so on, which used as outer material for sandwich panel of EPS or rock wool inner. Heat-proof sandwich panel producing equipment is necessary equipment for manufacturing the panels of industrial factories and warehouse.

Mainly to put the color steel plate and EPS together. It has a lot of advantages, such as high intensity , light weight, antiseptic, sturdy and durable, and beautiful appearance so on .The up and down surface plate often use the 0.2-0.8mm thickness coiler that stainless steel , aluminium plat,galvanized sheet.The middle material is made of materials such as EPS ,so called spontaneous from extinguish polystyrene,foaming polyurethane,and more thicker(30mm-150mm). Sandwich panel is a kind of multifunctional and new types building material,it has more advantages :insulation ,big load-carrying, waterproof,good adornment effect.Nowadays with the development of more broad future marketing requirement ,I think,it is a good ideal item for you to invest construction industry.Our Sandwich panel machine can totally produce EPS flat sheet with1250mm,EPS buckle plate ,EPS fluting plate with1000 type. This sandwich panel machine mainly consist of color coiler ,press system, main composite machine,production cutting system, feeding material shelf. The set of machine adopt PLC and friendly man-machine interface ,and then realize the continuous automatic working .So it is easy to operate for the customers and offer high-level quality product.

(2) Technique Performance and Quality Standard
1. Production speed 0-4.5m/min, continuous stepless adjusted, variable frequency speed regulation, digital display.
2. Adopt high precision, low speed measurement pump to deliver glue water.In one minute,continuously transmit 0.1Kg stepless. Use a method of dropping glue water .
3. Shower set can be adjusted in the range of 40-320mm and has ruler indication.
4. The down cutter can be adjusted in the range of +/-200mm opposite to the up cutter.

(7) Debugging&Condition
1. The production workshop is enough to settle the whole product line, raw material and the corresponding operation space.
2. The workshop should be collocated the crane that can bear 5 tons. The height should be over 4.5m between lifting hook and land
3. The workshop should be collocated one set of air compressor at least 0.3M/7Kg and gas piping
4. The temperature of the workshop should be greater than 5 centigrade.
5. The land of the workshop should be flatted, according with ground plot .Must do the better foundation.
6. According with the foundation drawing , the workshop should be collocated the power supply, auxiliary power supply, and lighting. 
7. Get ready for debugging equipment:
Steel plate: 2 rolls ,≥3tons/roll and ≤5tons
Glue water: one bucket of A glue & one bucket of B glue according with the present the environment temperature.
